Out of network services:
We believe that to best serve our clients, a higher level of care must be delivered to ensure that optimal human performance and restoration is achieved. This level of service cannot be attained by utilizing Preferred Provider guidelines set by the insurance companies. Therefore, we operate by allowing our clients to pay fees at the time of service. We will then furnish you with all the documentation needed to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company directly. Often claims are paid at a higher rate when reimbursed to the insured, so there may be a cost savings to you as well.
We are happy to do an initial consultation to review our compatibility with you before initiating care. A detailed treatment plan can be created at this consultation in order to provide you with the estimated frequency and duration of your visits and cost estimates for those services incurred.
We suggest you inquire about non-preferred provider and out-of-network provider benefits with your insurance company so you are aware of the reimbursement rates.
Referrals
If you are using your health insurance, more than likely your plan will require that you obtain a referral or prescription to initiate physical therapy. You can obtain either of these by contacting your health care provider. They can usually be issued by any of the following, but check with your plan for their requirements first: MD, ND, DO, DC, PA-C or ARNP.
